Pork and Fennel Sausage 500g
This would have to be the most loved Italian sausage by far, been made for generations and still continues to be the favorite and most enjoyable when it comes to cooking a BBQ with family and friends. Just the right amount of pork fat, minced coarse, and that lovely fragrant taste of aniseed in the fennel that really compliments the pork, a truly great sausage.
